• ​​We offer 5 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. 
• Pick-up will be attempted thrice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
• Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund or return would not be initiated.
• Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to get reflected in your bank account.

• Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 
• Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days from the day, we confirmed to the customer via e-mail that they are entitled to a refund.

Order Processing
We strive to fulfill your orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. Our business days are Monday to Saturday.

Shipping Time
For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7-9 business days. You will get a unique tracking link on your whatsapp once the order is shipped.

Problems in delivery
We use third party courier services to ship our orders. If you face any issue with the delivery of your order, share the same with us WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. We will not be liable in case any issue is raised after 2 days from the date of delivery and if the courier company refuses to investigate the issue. 

Washing - Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent & similar colors.

Bleaching - Employ non-chlorine bleach solely when it is essential.

Drying - Tumble dry low, or hang-dry in shade for the longest life, don’t dry clean.

Ironing - Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron on decoration.
